Terms of Service
The terms for using farevix.com: what the site is, how you may use it, who owns its content and the limits of our responsibility.
Last updated: October 3, 2026
These terms apply to farevix.com (the “site”). The site is run by Farevix LLC, 8 The Green, STE R, Dover, Delaware 19901, United States, together with Farevix Technologies Private Limited, Chennai, India (“Farevix”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What the site is
The site describes Farevix and the software we are building. Farevix CPQ and our other products are in development. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell, a quotation, or a promise that a feature will be delivered or delivered by a certain date.
Early access, a design partnership or any product we release will come with its own written agreement. Where that agreement and these terms differ, that agreement applies.
Previews and illustrative content
The interactive preview, 3D models, drawings, prices, lead times, API samples and figures on the site are illustrations built on sample data. They show how the product is intended to work. They are not engineering advice, specifications or quotations, and must not be used to select, build or operate equipment.
Using the site
You may view the site and share links to it. You agree not to:
- use the site in a way that breaks the law;
- try to disrupt the site, overload it or gain access to systems or data you are not entitled to;
- copy the site in bulk with automated tools, other than search engines indexing public pages;
- send spam, unlawful content or someone else’s confidential information through our forms;

If you find a security problem, please tell us at connect@farevix.com.
What you send us
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you send through our forms or by email. Please do not send confidential information through the site. If a conversation needs confidentiality, we can agree on that separately.
If you send us ideas or feedback about our products, you agree that we may use them without restriction or payment.
Ownership
The site and its content, including text, design, images, 3D models, drawings, software and the Farevix name and logo, belong to Farevix or its licensors and are protected by law. You may quote short passages and link to the site with credit. You may not copy substantial parts of the site, republish it, or use the Farevix name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you, without our written permission.
Other websites
The site links to other websites, such as LinkedIn and GitHub. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Limits of our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, Farevix is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from not being able to use it, including indirect or consequential loss and loss of data, profits or business.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or rights you have under the law where you live that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The courts located in Delaware have jurisdiction over disputes about these terms or the site, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and revise the date at the top. By continuing to use the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
