What we’re building

Everything a manufacturing CPQ should do.

Built for products with thousands of valid combinations, and many more that must never be sold.

01

Configure

Every option checked against your rules.

  • Guided selling

Needs-based questions take any seller from the customer’s requirement to the right product.

  • Constraint-based configuration

A rules engine checks every option against engineering limits, materials and compatibility, and says why a choice is unavailable.

  • Visual 3D configuration

The product changes in 3D as options change, so buyers, sales and engineering see the same thing.

  • Engineer-to-order

Requests beyond the standard rules go to engineering with their full context, and the answer can become a rule for next time.

02

Price and quote

Prices you can explain. Discounts within policy.

  • Pricing from cost

List prices built from components, options and labor, so margin is visible on every line.

  • Margin and discount control

A margin floor, discount authority by role and approvals that reach the right manager.

  • Quote documents and drawings

Proposals, datasheets and dimensional drawings generated for the exact product quoted.

  • Lead times with the price

Delivery dates from component and production data, quoted alongside the price.

03

Order

The accepted quote carries straight into the order.

  • Quote to order

An accepted quote converts into a sales order in one step, with every option it was quoted with.

  • Manufacturing BOM

A bill of materials generated from the configuration, part by part.

  • Routing

Operations, work centers, setup and run times generated for the shop floor.

  • ERP, CRM, PLM and CAD

Orders, BOMs and routings flow to ERP, opportunities stay in step with CRM, product data comes from PLM and CAD.

Capabilities in development. Scope will be shaped with design partners.

AI assistance

AI that reads, suggests and explains. Rules that decide.

Language models handle the language of the request. A constraint engine handles the engineering. Each does the part it is good at.

  • Reads the request

Turns emails, RFQs and specifications into structured requirements.

  • Suggests a configuration

Proposes a starting point for review. The rules engine checks it before anyone sees a price.

  • Explains every decision

Why an option is unavailable, why a price changed, why a discount needs approval.

  • Helps model the rules

Drafts rules from engineering documents for engineers to review and approve.

Secure and reliable by design

Built for the decisions a business signs.

A quote commits your price, your margin and your factory. Farevix CPQ is being designed with the controls that commitment needs.

  • Deterministic results

Designed so the same inputs give the same configuration and price.

  • Versioned rules

Every rule and price change is tracked, and every quote records the versions it used.

  • Access by role

Single sign-on and role-based permissions, designed in from the start.

  • People approve

Designed so AI cannot approve a discount or release an order on its own.

Design principles for a product in development, not certifications.

Questions

Farevix CPQ, answered.

Ask us anything

What is Farevix CPQ?

Farevix CPQ is configure, price, quote (CPQ) software being built for manufacturers of complex, configurable and engineered products. It checks configurations against engineering rules, prices them from cost with margin control, produces the quote and turns an accepted quote into an order with its bill of materials and routing.

Is Farevix CPQ available today?

Not yet. Farevix CPQ is in development. We are opening early access to manufacturers and looking for design partners to shape the first release.

Who is it for?

Configure-to-order and engineer-to-order manufacturers, in industries such as flow control, industrial machinery, energy and electrical equipment, building technologies, process systems and specialty vehicles.

How does Farevix CPQ use AI?

AI reads requests, suggests configurations and explains decisions. A rules engine checks every proposal, and people approve discounts and exceptions. AI does not make final engineering or commercial decisions on its own.

Does it replace our ERP?

No. Farevix CPQ is designed to work with the systems you already run. Orders, bills of materials and routings flow to your ERP, and opportunities stay in step with your CRM.

Can it handle engineer-to-order products?

That is a core design goal. Standard options are configured by rules. Requests beyond them go to engineering with their full context, and the result can become a rule for the next quote.

How can we get involved?

Request early access, or apply to the Design Partner Program. Design partners help define the workflows, rules and integrations in the first release.
